Cucumber Lemon Water


Possibly the easiest way to help yourself is to Drink More Water. Some of the benefits of drinking the right amount of water:

Helps to aid digestion
Regulates body temperature
Lubricates joints
Helps flush out waste & toxins
Helps body growth
Reduces headaches
And on and on..

I often find water to be bland, and want to add things like Mio and other flavor enhancers to make it taste better. This in turn makes me drink more. My latest obsession is cucumber lemon water. It’s very simple and adding these two yummy components not only helps with taste, it adds even more benefits:

Clear Skin: It’s packed with Vitamin C, antioxidants, & silica (nature’s anti-aging component)

What You Need:

A pitcher
Filtered Water
1/2 Cucumber (Firm with Smooth Skin)
1/2 Lemon ( Heavy with Smooth Skin)


1. Fill pitcher with filtered water
2. Slice 1/2 lemon into thin pieces & slice 1/2 cucumber into thin pieces, add to water
3. Stir and let sit for a few minutes

Drink within the day, you can add more water to the pitcher throughout the day, Enjoy!
