Living life Gluten Free can be really rough. It’s especially hard during the summer months; You’re constantly on the go- enjoying the warm weather, attending cookouts, eating on patios, traveling-constant movement. I have found one of the hardest things of being Gluten Free is the lack of quick food options, snacks, for you to have during these busy months. I mean we can’t even eat the peanuts on Southwest flights!

It’s always good to have a few staple go to’s in your purse or car. Here are a few of my favorites:

KIND Snacks

KIND is an awesome brand that keeps on giving to us Glutenless folk. Between they’re original Bars, Healthy Grains Bars, Healthy Grain Clusters & they’re new Strong & Kind bars, you’re bound to find something you love!

The Toasted Oat

Started right here in Columbus, OH, this Granloa is seriously delicious. I snack on the White Chocoalte+Macadamia straight out of the bag

Homemade Chex Mix

Not being able to eat pre-bagged Chex mix is seriously awful. But Chex has a large variety of Gluten Free recipes on their website. Make a big batch and seal it up in baggies or a container to take on the go. These Italian Chex Mix & Lemon Buddies look delicious!

 Kirkland Cashew Clusters

These clusters are so addictive. And they’re packed with protein & fiber-get them at Costco or surf around the web at places like Amazon!
