Homemade Gluten Free Chex Mix


Some people reserve making homemade Chex Mix for the holiday season, but when you’re Gluten Free, you don’t have the luxury of buying it prepackaged for the remainder of the year. Something about the crisp fall weather made me crave the delicious snack, so I decided to experiment with making my very own Chex Mix. The cool thing about this recipe is that you can alter the dry ingredients to your own liking; & for the more adventurous, you can experiment with the seasoning too. So if you really have a thing for pretzels, add more pretzels. If you like peanuts in your Chex Mix, add some peanuts. The possibilities are endless! Make it your own liking-but I won’t be altering anything in the future, I think it turned out perfect! So if my version sounds yummy to you, stick to the recipe!



What You Need:


1. Preheat Oven to 325

2. Mix Chex, Pretzels, Bagel Chips & Italian Breadsticks together in a pan with at least 2 inches of depth

3. In separate bowl-combine melted butter, worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder & cayenne pepper. Mix well

4. Drizzle evenly over dry mixture & then mix together with hands or spatula. Make sure mixture is as evenly moistened as possible

5. Bake for 50-60 min stirring every 15 min

6. Let cool & enjoy! Store in air tight container for up to 2 weeks
